Author Guidelines
Submission, Review, and Publication Process
Manuscripts are submitted via the online form at https://intsysmagazine.ru/en/submit and are queued for review in the order of receipt. If the review is positive, the manuscript is queued for publication. The total time from submission to publication may vary from 3 to 6 months, depending on the current editorial backlog. If the review is negative, the manuscript is sent to another reviewer. If the second review is also negative, the author is notified of the rejection. Upon request, the author may receive a motivated statement explaining the reasons for rejection. If the reviewers disagree, the matter is referred to the Editorial Board, which makes the final decision.

- AI tools may not be listed as authors or co-authors. The authors bear full responsibility for the content of the manuscript, including the correctness of all statements, proofs, computations, and references.
- If AI was used to generate substantial portions of text or to carry out computational experiments, this must be disclosed at the end of the article before the references (e.g., "AI-based tools were used to assist in writing the code for the numerical experiments").
- Use of AI for stylistic and grammatical editing, translating the abstract, converting figures to TikZ, formatting the bibliography, and similar technical tasks does not require disclosure.
